It only responds to one request correctly and then after it says too many requests in one hour even though I only made one request

Is it possible our accounts are banned because I guess if it was banned then it won’t let us login in the first place which is not the case

if we were banned, we wouldn't be able to access it in the first place, we would get an "access denied" error, this is something else.

same, I use ChatGPT for general purposes, like I'd understand if I get throttled if like send over 200 requests per hour (which will never happen)
