I'm using a mobile connection with VPN, ProtonVPN, active (no issues with other web services at all). Using Brave browser. Linux. All software updated. I'm a Plus paying user. I simply can't use ChatGPT for any prompt more than a "hello".

I am also a VPN user, Nord VPN. Brave Browser, Windows 11, paying user, Access now denied.

it's super frustrating if they are a company that disallows VPN use.

Using a VPN can cause problems, some VPN IP ranges are detected by Cloudflare as problematic, these lists are updated in real-time so you can loose connection if someone else using your VPN provider decides to do something bad.

I'm using VPN too, but I keep getting this "Too many requests in 1 hour. please try again later."

I literally sent 2 requests. what's up with that?

I can afford ChatGPT plus, but I'll never subscribe if they don't resolve this drama
