Need to refresh webpage to use after 1 min.

I need to refresh webpage in order to use it again, in both GPT-3 and 4. Also if I check on another conversation, it will refresh the webpage automatically, also shows 'can't load conversation' in red bar on the top of the webpage before it gets refreshed.

The system is currently requiring that you login after you have been idle for a short period, you can regain access by refreshing and logging back in.

we got this, the problem is that the short period is just a bit too short. I am scheduled to give a presentation for the other professors in my faculty in the next days, and if this continues I don't know how will I do it.
