I just recounted and I did 11 messages in the last 3 hours, so I'm guessing the limit is 10

It only allows 10 messages per 3 hours on ChatGPT plus (it says the limit is 25)
To clarify, I mean for GPT-4. There is no limit on the GPT-3.5 model.
