**Steps to reproduce:**
> 1. Logging into an account such as mine.
**Expected result:**
> Access to the GPT-4 model.
**Actual result:**
> No access to the GPT-4 model. In my conversations which were previously GPT-4, it said previous model unavailable (see attached).
