#Plus Subscription gone since renewal

I’ve lost my Plus subscription since it renewed this month, no issues with payment but the same day It stopped showing the Plus option (GPT-4).

I’ve noticed after exporting my data just now that in the user.json file, “chatgpt_plus_user” is set to false, can anyone help with this?

I imagine there is a bug of some sort with payment renewals setting/resetting the above to false

you can register your issue over at help.openai.com and use the chat bot in the bottom right corner, select "ask a question" and then choose "billing"

Have tried messaging in the chatbot but haven’t gotten a response

I think it’s becoming wide spread. My account was set to renew but looks like it hasn’t and therefore I lost access. I was going to renew manually but I keep seeing comments where people are getting charged but still only show free account.
