It sounds like you might be experiencing the "paid for plus but not getting the plus functionality" that a lot of us are experiencing. There is a way to report the issue to OpenAI via the help center, but don't expect any prompt communication from them. Some of us have been waiting for weeks with not response and no resolution. Sorry I couldn't have better news.
