Please tell me why I paid for plus and like the first advantage of upgrading and paying the $20 a month was so that we could access even when the servers are busy... This is ridiculous and very frustrating. Also tried using the personalized login link from the email sent to plus users and that doesn't work either. C'mon GPT get it together...

Yep, login server was at capacity so even subscriber link would not help.

what magic link are you talking about? the only thing I got from openai is a confirmation of payment and a link to manage my subscription.
