How do you think this would do translating angularJS to angular2+? Also does this modify an entire project or module-by-module?

Do you have any idea if this tool or GPT in general is capable of transforing code across projects? Like a python project w/ folders and 5 modules - could that be refactored/translated to a different lanauge etc... ?
