hi! i am a developer who uses the gpt-3 api but i reached the api credit limit without paying, the thing is, it wont let me pay for some reason and i tried going to their customer service but they couldent help me. Is there any way i can access the gpt-3 api in other ways like reporting bugs or giving OpenAI suggestions? And how to get early access to gt-4 api, thanks!

Is it a hard limit that you've set, or is it the $120 limit? In case you go near the limit next month the limit goes up. You cannot pay here and now - gotta wait for the next billing cycle (first of the month).

For the gpt-4 API access you need to join the waitlist here https://openai.com/waitlist/gpt-4-api

If you've hit the general billing limit, you need to request a quota increase for your organization, you can do this directly in the API portal. To get early access to GPT-4, you can sign up for the waitlist
