Hello! I paid for a ChatGPT plan through the mobile app, but also tried to sign in on desktop. I can't seem to link the two accounts, even though they're both hooked to my phone number and have the same email (presumably one with GAuth).
I now can't sign up through my company's account invite (with my company email), because my phone number is blocked to the existing accounts, and it won't accept my virtual number.
Because I can't remove the phone number from an existing account, I can't get into my company's account. Can I get help, please?
