In February I paid for Plus . But now I can not . I tried same bank card. , also tried other debit and credit card then always same problem. And I am working also bank and when I try to look transaction about my card I can not see anything about it. So the problem is in stripe or in OpenAI, I think .

"contact your bank or card provider to understand how the transaction can be completed. " so problem is not about with it .

If you are still encountering issues with your Plus membership not showing you can now go to https://help.openai.com and use the live chat bot in the bottom left and select "Billing"

Plus membership does not grant access to the API, for that you go here https://platform.openai.com/account/api-keys

I tried to both of them (Visa and master card) which is biggest private bank in Turkey. Also I tried another bank card but same issue . @queen grove

Also having same issue, tried with Visa and Mastercard, on multiple browsers and multiple networks. Seems there is some ongoing issue

@queen grove this link does not help us . As openai , you should contact to stripe for this issue . And I am very very sure , it is not related with bank .

now I paid to another company same card and using the stripe. So there is no problem with bank and stripe.
