#4 is not 4 it is 3.5 for us that it stopped working for

My option to select 4 disappeared today even though I'm pro. i messaged support but it says "usually responds in a week" :/
problem solved, for me anyway. my membership expired. i just had to resubscribe.
That isn't my issue
If you are still encountering issues with your Plus membership not showing you can now go to https://help.openai.com and use the live chat bot in the bottom left and select "Billing" and then "Unable to access ChatGPT Plus"
