same problem here. tried reload page, relogin, cookie reset but nothing. Chrome devtools show a 403 from the back-end calls

You can try incognito mode and also Firefox if that does not work, if that still failes to work you can now contact support through https://help.openai.com and using the live support bot in the bottom right corner
