Introducing Promptly Apps ( https://trypromptly), a no-code platform to build generative AI apps and chatbots. Using Promptly, you can now chain LLMs, link data and publish web apps and embeddable chatbots.

You can load your data from website urls, sitemaps, PDFs and a bunch of other file types, vector search your data and provide it as knowledge to LLMs in your apps and chatbots. Check out the platform demo video where we try to build a story generator app that takes in theme, generates story from GPT, then generates a DALL-E prompt from GPT, generates an image with DALL-E and finally display them all together.

Nice. Is there a limitation on the size of the data like the course that can be loaded as a knowledgebase to use for answering questions ?

There is no limit per data source. We have limits at account level where paid accounts get more storage than a free account. You can provide as much data as you can in a single data source and we chunk that data into smaller segments and store it in vector store. During answering, you search the data source and only provide top k objects from the data source in prompt as context.

We support other providers too so you can still build apps but with other LLMs like Stability AI's image models or Cohere's completions

can I ask a question about loading the data part from a programmatic pov ? I am using openai api and it seems that I have to pass relevant data with every prompt because it does not retain info from previous prompts.

Check Cohere, Stability AI etc., they do provide API keys with some free tier which should be good enough for exploration

Yes.. unfortunately that is how LLMs work and vector databases like pinecone etc helps with identifying the right context to pass in prompt for each question/task

Yeah.. we create embeddings for data and store them in vector store

I like what you are doing here. Would it be possible to connect Twilio (or even more ideally, SMS service such as iMessage) so that small businesses could have good chatbots via text (and contextually use that businesses past conversations so that the bot could respond in context?)

It should be possible to do this with a combination of zapier + twilio + promptly.. we have a Zapier integration at https://zapier.com/apps/promptly/integrations and so does Twilio. One can build a zap to capture messages via twilio and pass that off to Promptly app to get a response and text back. We have tighter integrations in the roadmap and will prioritize based on demand. Is this something you are looking for?
