I can't login to my ChatGPT Plus account. It says tha e-mail or username are incorrect. It is impossible - they are correct.
Also, I tried deleting cache/cookies/incognito/other browser/wifi/ everything described in your help center.
So I tried to reset password, but no e-mail comes. Including the spam folder.
Unfortunately the support didn't respond for nearly two weeks on my 2 chat attempts of reaching them out - also no response on my e-mail to the support.
I just got response to my third attemp on their chat, but it felt like it was bot responding.
It totally ignored the fact that I can't reset my password and only linked me an article about problems with login.
As mentioned above - I tried everything so the problem must be somewhere else.
Unfortunately I got no chance of saying it on the conversation on chat because... it was ended before even checking if it helped.
So I was forced to start fourth one and wait for another two weeks.
Much frustrated.
Is there any human that can really help me?
