I had chatgpt sub since march 15 but now it only works on my phone browser not my laptop, it also shows my account as a free subscription with an error that displays this when pressing to upgrade plan "The payments page encountered an error. Please try again. If the problem continues, please visit help.openai.com". However on my phone shows it is fine normal displayed and shows as paid which it still is, does anyone know why this is the issue?
