Cloudflare Human Verify Outage?

Is there an issue with the cloudflare "Verify you are a human" verification page? It's never letting me past. It either spins infinitely or loops me back to the "Please stand by" page . It also prompts me in russian in some browser windows

Me too.. tried incognito doesn't help, just loops back around endlessly
