I have the same issue as well
I have tried logging out an relogin, but it still doesn't work
My subscription has not been working for 7 days now. I have been contacting support since the first day. They don't give refunds either. I think I was scammed by the huge OpenAI company.
I wish the new friends good luck. I have written to all support areas directed by OpenAI for days. There are no results. Forget about your money...
Paid 2 months for ChatGPT PLUS, got to use it only for one month as when the second month started, the access to the PLUS version (with an active and paid subscription) stopped. Tried everything to make it work (thinking it's something on my end). Zero response from support.
The interesting point to me is Why isn't there a twitter hashtag about this or why are people silent?
