I use a prepaid card for these types of things and didn't notice my payment didn't go through. So I paid it and now I have a receipt saying I paid for the account but no access.

Hey the same on my side, I ended up paying 3 more subscriptions on the same account because of an error (which is unlikely) and still no access

Got the same bug, just subscribed plus and can only access gpt3.5 which is available for free plan.

Nothing is wrong except no response after clicked the send button.
