I personally have tried it both ways, as @grizzled rain very well explained, when we use the word prompt and then : whatever we say afterwards would work as words we are writing in it’s subconscious!
We could also say, [you are, or act as, blah blah]

One extra thing that I have seen a couple of people use is to define sides by using ‘Ai’ and ‘Human’.
Apparently openai has added an extra ‘ego’ hidden layer to the engine’s neural network, as it very well understand and between you and me kinda proud of being an Ai- it mentions it a looooooot 😅
