#API Key not working

I've been using an api key for a custom app. It was working fine yesterday, but then I thought I was paying double for 20 a month plus the api key calls. So I cancelled my subscription. The web page stated I had until April 11 to resume and then my plan would cancel. Today I try using it and none of my API keys are working. I tried several apps. What gives? Did I need the 20 dollar plan to use the api keys? Just in case, I resumed it and my api keys still don't work. There's ZERO SUPPORT. The help articles and emails say use the chat icon to talk to them, but when you go there, it's just automated. Sending emails to support@openai.com does not result in any action.

the API is billed separately to the primary card on your API account at the end of the month based on your usage

If your keys are not working, try regenerating a new key, and make sure that you haven't exceeded your billing hard limits
