Have been a subscriber for months, and all the sudden today it says I’m using the free version. I signed up for Plus again thinking their might’ve been an error with my account, but now I’m just paying for 3 subscriptions that I do not get to use. It was working fine last night, I have no idea what happened
If anyone knows how to fix this or even just know what the OpenAI support email or phone number is (if their is one), please let me know. This problem has persisted all day

I have the exact same issue. I actually ended up paying twice for one month in case something was wrong, but am stuck on the free tier now.
