I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the way that my ChatGPT Plus Subscription has been handled. Along with thousands of other customers, I paid $20 for this subscription, expecting to receive access to the advanced features and benefits promised by this plan. However, I have yet to receive any activation of my subscription, nor have I received any communication or feedback from your team regarding the status of my account.

As a paying customer, I believe that I have the right to transparency and fair treatment. By failing to activate my subscription or provide any feedback, I feel that OpenAI has infringed upon commercial laws and violated the trust that I placed in your organization. Furthermore, the lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I urge OpenAI to take immediate action to address this issue and activate my ChatGPT Plus Subscription as soon as possible. I also request that your team provide clear and consistent communication to all affected customers regarding the status of their subscriptions.

I look forward to a prompt resolution to this issue and hope that OpenAI will take steps to prevent similar situations from occurring in the future.
