I just purchased a paid $20/month plan and none of my queries complete. Additionally, my account between the help/account pages and the actual ChatGPT site don't appear to be linked, even though they are showing the same email address as my user ID. The system seems stuck in some sort of state that is making it impossible to use the service I just paid for.

I have the same problem. Just paid for subscription and can use only free version. Can't provide screenshots for support, cause when I write smth the bot says "thanks" and I can't add screenshot or something else.

I have the same issue, the accounts don't seem to linked, in chat support, I was able just to write and when you paste the screenshot, automatically sends the picture without text, so there is that issue too, also I've canceled my subs and still didn't get any penny back, feels like total ignorance
