I was billed 2/11 and 3/11 and have had no communication that anything got disabled for any reason. Moreso it's strange any billing history has disappeared which is leading me to believe it's a bug and my account is in an odd state

Same issue here, I am a subscriber of chat gpt plus since February, I’ve had some kind of problem with my credit card and today, I made the changes that were necessary on my gpt account but when I go on chat gpt I’m not able to change the model. I’m also seeing the option to subscribe to gpt plus even though I’m already subscribed.
