I am a ChatGPT Plus subscriber. Yesterday when I logged in to my account I noticed I was not in the ChatGPT Plus Dashboard. I checked my subscription and I notice there was a problem with auto renewal for my subscription to ChatGPT Plus which was due on the 2nd April. I don't know what was the reason the auto payment didn't go through. I made the payment manually right away.
Unfortunately, after the payment, I am still in the ChatGPT free mode and not in the Plus mode. When I click on the side menu "Upgrade to Plus" button, it still shows I'm on the free plan (I will provide a screenshot below). I will provide a screenshot of the Billing as well.
Please assist in getting me on the Plus mode with the GPT4 capabilities again. Thank you.
