I am a ChatGPT Plus subscriber. Yesterday when I logged in to my account I noticed I was not in the ChatGPT Plus Dashboard. I checked my subscription and I notice there was a problem with auto renewal for my subscription to ChatGPT Plus which was due on the 2nd April. I don't know what was the reason the auto payment didn't go through. I made the payment manually right away.

Unfortunately, after the payment, I am still in the ChatGPT free mode and not in the Plus mode. When I click on the side menu "Upgrade to Plus" button, it still shows I'm on the free plan (I will provide a screenshot below). I will provide a screenshot of the Billing as well.

Please assist in getting me on the Plus mode with the GPT4 capabilities again. Thank you.

Same here - I can both sign-up to get a subscription and view the one I already have - it shows all invoices paid but I have free plan or no login depending on how busy the service is.

There's an awesome game on the OpenAI website similar to the downosaur in Chrome - you search through the whole website looking for some way to get in touch with a human or even a working copy of ChatGPT-4 - if you succeed, you win! ... support 🙂

Thank you OpenAI for restoring my account. Woah it took me 5 hours to complete my work with ChatGPT3.5 when with GPT4 takes only an hour and a half.

its not letting me add my card for some reason

i initially used a digital prepaid card that i got from a feedback review. Then, when i went to add my card today for renewal, its declining...??

is it because the upgrade is disabled....due to high traffic

i called my bank and they said my card seemed fine.

Same problem here. I have an active credit card on my account, but instead of charging it, it downgraded my account to free user and now due to demand won’t let me gain access to plus again

@olive mortar I am facing the same issue as seem it seems to happen to many other users. OpenAI took payment without providing service during the period that should be covered by the payment. Do you happen to know if that issue is being tracked and what would the resolution/reimbursement process would be?

I've been waiting for 3 days. I was hopeful that when they closed Plus plan sales, I guess they were fixing the already sold ones. But today I saw that they reopened the sale. I still didn't get access to the plus plan. A decent service. I wish I'd come and check it out on discord before I bought it. 20 dollars in Turkey is quite a large amount of money.

Paid 2 months for ChatGPT PLUS, got to use it only for one month as when the second month started, the access to the PLUS version (with an active and paid subscription) stopped. Tried everything to make it work (thinking it's something on my end). Zero response from support.

Mine have seemed to be fixed. Im on the Plus again. However, I didnt get any email nor any reply in the chat on how they will compensate the lost days I was not able to go into Plus mode.

Well, mine magically fixed itself today as well. No rhyme or reason. No responses to my many, many messages or emails. I'm proceeding with cautious optimism. This has been a frustrating experience nonetheless.

I wouldn't do that. My account was fixed (about 9 days in) but the ticket was finally updated just today, on the 21st, I abruptly got a response to the ticket (8 of them). The first 7 was just a "Looking into it" and then the last was "Ah, your account is now scheduled to be cancelled per request and your money refunded." I didn't ask to cancel or for a refund, I just followed the link through billing and reported that I paid for ChatGPT plus and it wasn't working.
