Since 24 hrs I've got a network error when trying chat with GPT-4. GPT-3 works ok. I have tried with multiple devices and different networks and the result is the same. "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com." I was able to file bug report from the help center but thats all. What should I do?

After trying to use ChatGPT's networking feature this morning, there was a problem. As shown in the figure, the model cannot be selected, the input problem did not respond, the account information is not displayed (I have already processed a Plus membership), the webpage is refreshed, the login is logged out, and the browser is not functioning properly. It has always been displayed as shown in the figure
