I have the same problem.
"I paid for the Plus subscription on March 1st, but it hasn't been activated yet. The automatic payment couldn't be processed because I didn't have enough money on my bank card at the time, but later on the same day I paid manually from the same card. However, it's now April 3rd and my Plus subscription still isn't working.
So maybe the solution is using a new account......?
