I signed up for a ChatGPT Plus subscription from my current plan.
I purchased for (1) licence, but two subscriptions were purchased for two licences.
I want to purchase for one account and I cancelled the portion I don't need, but I would like a refund.

A billing system that allows multiple and identical plans to be signed up for one licence is an unreliable practice in the eyes of the average user.
We would like to see this system rectified immediately and we think it is dishonest if you do not offer refunds.

A representative from openAI contacted me and gave me a progress report.
Hope this helps others in the future.

We have reviewed your account and can confirm that your ChatGPT Plus subscription is already canceled and a full refund has already been processed back to your card, including any applicable VAT. Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to process and post to your account, but the exact timeframe depends on your issuing bank's policies.

It took approximately 6 days from inquiry to reply, so it will take the same amount of time for those who will inquire in the future.
