I paid for GPT plus but my plan still free after 3 days. Already tried on another device + different IP + cleared cookie, but it is not a client side issue. I sent an email to support@openai.com, but no answer at all. Anyone here able to help?

Is it using the others browsers? It’s strange, and it’s not work yesterday when I used Chrome. So I changed my browser (Firefox) ... it’s working.
4 days for me... and my card was charged twice as I stupidly thought an error occurred so I did it again.

For context, I had access, but my monthly payment didn’t go through. I switched the card to pay it, but still just have access to the free version.

Same issue here - billing issue and resolved the invoice, but no access. I have emailed the support linked to the invoice, but no resolve.
