Hi guys, I am making a discord bot using GPT-3.5 Turbo and on the openai website it tells me I have 18 usd to use for the free trial but when I try running it, i keep getting errors about exceeding the quota, is this a bug? It shows granted and expired 1 apr hovewer I managed to run like 2 messages today before the error started happening

I'm having this issue as well when trying to use SlickGPT or Chatbot UI. (locally hosted interfaces that use the API key to connect). But for whatever reason, it refuses to work: "You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details."
I'm subscribed for $20 a month so I don't think there should be any billing issue.

The API is not related to the $20/month ChatGPT plus subscription.
If you're getting a current quota exceeded limit, please check your billing soft and hard limits in the OpenAI website

There are many requests to server at once. So if I send request,your request is out of queue.Then cannot execute. So every user has to solve this " rate limite error". There are many ways to solve this.

The issue was that my free trial literally expired same day I used the api key, I think they expire first day of each month after some time of making the acc (~3 months). So I ended up using my friend's api key for free trial that is going to end first of may
