Cannot use GPT-4 anymore in chatGPT | OpenAI | Page 1

ChatGPT has been working fine for me since subscribing to Plus, but since the start of this day I can no longer get a response only when using the GPT-4 model. Both 3.5 models work fine. Any prompt submitted to model 4 seems to time out, and ends with the response "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.". 

I have tried logging out, clearing cache, and using different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Brave), none of which resolves the issue. 

**Steps to reproduce:**
> 1. Submit any prompt to model GPT-4, in either an existing chat or a new one. 

**Expected result:**
> Any response. 

**Actual result:**
> "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com." 

**Additional information**
> Browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Brave
> OS: Android

Same issue for me. But my friend who had never used gpt-4 and was conversing with 3.5 up until now with a plus subscription is able to use gpt-4 and working perfectly for him.

I am also having this issue, except it is not even giving me the option to switch engines(3.5, 3.5 legacy, 4.0), one day I logged in, and the bar at the top to switch engines was just gone. I didn't even get an error message.

Yes same here for the past 4 hours. I did not notice but indeed, issue only seem to affect GPT-4. Works fine with GPT-3.5

same thing has been happening to me since sunday. This happens on iOS and windows web. GPT 3.5 is fine though

Yes, i got the same issue here! GPT-4 doesn't work since yesterday. It always throws:

"Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com."

I'm experiencing the same issue. While GPT3.5 is working fine, GPT4 seems to be malfunctioning and blinking incessantly, regardless of the prompt input. I've tried accessing it on various browsers like Edge, Chrome, and Firefox, as well as different operating systems such as Windows 11, Windows 10, iOS, and Android, but none of them seem to work.

They've added a pop-up where "GPT-4 is down" is mentioned, but pretty useless overall imo
