Started my subscription 1st of March, some card issues on the 1st of April, that I fixed, reactivated my subscription and now it doesn't work.

I'm having the same problem, about two weeks ago my renewal payment for chatgpt plus failed (I had the wrong payment method selected, my fault). Afew days ago I realised that I had lost access (leading me to notice the failed payment), I resolved the failed payment on my account but I did not regain access to chatgpt plus.
Now my account shows that I have three active memberships to chatgpt plus and my account has been charged four times in the last 15 days.
I still have not regained access to plus so I sent a support message on the website, hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Guys, my ChatGPT Plus is ready to use. My previous payment records had several failed records and have also been deleted.
