I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent purchase of a subscription plan for ChatGPT. On 01/04/2023, I paid 20 USD for a subscription plan that was supposed to grant me access to the platform's features. However, it is still not active, making it impossible for me to use the service. UPDATE: After 48h still can't access the premium feature, but I paid 20 USD. I have the order number, date everyhing.

I’m dropping this here because I am unable to communicate with anyone at OpenAI through help.openai.com. I had paid for my monthly ChatGPT Plus subscription but for some reason, it kept prompting me to upgrade to plus. So I went through with it and I had to pay another subscription in the same month of March. Making 2 payments in one month. Ye...
