Is the Turbo 3.5 API experiencing an outage? | OpenAI | Page 1

We have two apps that utilize the Turbo 3.5 APIs. And today when we asked them questions, one keeps saying "NA", while the other said "please reset and try again". Is anyone also experiencing this, and does this possibly mean that there is a glitch with this API?

Hey, I'm also having problems with turbo 3.5 - requests just time-out. On GPT-4 API it seems to work more consistently.
