I had access, however my credit card was disabled disabling my account. Upon Resubscribing to PLUS using my new card, I still have the Upgrade to plus button in the UI. I did it twice and now I have been charged twice/have two active subscriptions. I still don't have access to chat GPT 4 and still have the upgrade to plus button.

Exactly the same here... I have paid for PLUS subscription, twice charged by the looks of my stripe account, but I don't have access to the Plus version of ChatGPT-4??? sad

This is HILARIOUS . EVERYONE has done exactly this: 1. You see that you have been suddenly downgraded. 2. You see that for some reason, this months payment did not auto renew successfully, so you pay manually 3. Paying manually does not re-activate the account, so you decide to re-subscribe using the same account . Everyone did exactly this. The contempt they have towards us paying customers staggering. Not one word, and we have to chase each others tail on this discord server where they STILL don't acknowledge the problem.
