Bug Report:

Steps to reproduce:

Paid for ChatGPT Plus.

Tried to access my ChatGPT Plus account.

Expected result:

Access to my ChatGPT Plus account

Actual result:

Still being prompted to upgrade to plus
When I click to "manage my account" I see my active plus subscription, active until April 30th. It reads: CURRENT PLAN ChatGPT Plus Subscription, Your plan renews on 30 April 2023."
**But I can't use any of the plus features

Browser: Chrome
OS: macOS Ventura

Is there a support email address I can write to?

I've paid to use plus features -- And when I click to manage my account I see that I have an active plus subscription. But I don't have access to any plus features. (And I can see the tags prompting me to upgrade to plus).

I don't want a refund -- I just want access to Plus features

I have the exact same issue I went to openai help and messaged them there I am still waiting for a response

Btw you can send a message to help here https://help.openai.com/en/ idk if it's any better or faster doing so than making a bug report on here
