I have a problem. I received the email saying that I gained access to the GPT-4 API, but when trying to enter the playground I came across the error pointed out in the title of the post: "The model: gpt-4 does not exist", talking to some people here on discord and reading other posts I thought that if I waited 24 hours access would be established, but it's been 4 days and nothing. After reading some more, someone said that what is happening is that I put the wrong organization id when requesting the waitlist. I wanted to know if there's anything I can do about this, like ask to change the id-org so that I can use GPT-4...
