#404 on GPT4 API calls (w/ tested working script)

I got an invitation to use GPT4, only to get a 404 on API requests.
My setup is fine since it was working fine with my friends's API key - he was invited before me.
Also, not seeing any of the GPT4 chat models in Playground, but see them when I switch to my friend's organization which I'm part of.
Tried logging out, making new keys, testing the gpt-4-0314 model, same 404 every time.
