Unable to ask question in chatgpt. When asked, "Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com ." I try to erase the cookie, change the browser, and it's still the same. It worked fine when I ran chatgpt after connecting to the same network with my smartphone or other device, but when I connected to the computer, I couldn't keep answering questions. In my case, the problem only arises with GPT-4. With GPT-3.5, everything works as expected.
