i have had this problem as well, for over 24 hours.

As well it is accepting multiple payments and creating multiple "subscriptions" while keeping the user in the Free Subscription state. I have paid 3 times myself it seems... and i have 2 subscriptions. But still free tier

The problem happened on my account, too. I can offer my receipt for my payment. This problem is really annoyed. I have been loginned out many times when the server was at capacity.
