Purchased a subscription on 3/16 and was charged but my account still offers only the ability to Upgrade to Plus so the subscription was not activated. Tried every means of communication and received no response anywhere. Saw all the same type of questions here so I disputed and received a credit from my cc company but can find no way to cancel my paid membership so I'll be charged again on 4/16 and have to go through this again. I can find no link or form to cancel the service.
