I paid for the paid version of the chat yesterday (ChatGPT Plus) but nothing has changed and I have not received a confirmation email from Openai. I have a bank statement for payment. And when I click on the link from the chat to Upgrade to Plus, it says that I have a Free Plan.
At the same time, if I go to Manage my subscription, it says that it was paid for March. What should I do?
