Payment system error. Please check. I will explain the billing history and the current error.
- Paying $20 on February 27
- The automatic payment of $20 failed on March 27th because there was no $20 in the account
- I checked this and paid 20 dollars on March 29th. However, since GPT Plus is not available and only features are free, I have asked support@openai.com twice and have not received an answer.
- I paid on the 29th, but due to the urgent GPT Plus, I paid one more time on March 31st and paid $20 for it.
So please cancel the payment on the 31st and help me use GPT Plus until April 29th in time for the payment on the 29th.
