“OpenAI’s services are not available on this country” even though my country is listed

Bug Report:
I’ve recently been unable to login anywhere on platform.openai.com despite my country is still listed in the supported-countries in OpenAI documentation. This is not the case though for ChatGPT and Bing Chat and my API key wasn’t revoked or usage not refunded either, they all work fine.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to https://platform.openai.com/account
2. Login when prompted

Expected result:
1Should show account settings as usual where I can access Usage, Add credits, or create an API key like it did before.

Actual result:
Shows “Not available” (see screenshot)

Browser: Latest Microsoft Edge with Bing AI & Safari
OS: Windows 10 LTSC (up-to-date) & iOS 15.7.4```

tried clearing cache and even cookies on edge as well

it just happens on my account but i can access the API key fine, as well as ChatGPT on the same account

Ask your friends to try logging into your account. If they can do it without any issues, it's likely a problem with your IP. If they also encounter problems, then it's likely an issue with your account.

additionally, im using dynamic IP to begin with

well, have to pay additional fees for a static IP
