I've been trying to log on, but it kicks me back to the sign in menu. And even when I could log on last night it was only for a free account when I had plus for well over a month. So I tried to pay for it again, payment went through and still nothing. I've contacted help via email and the "bots" but nothing. Kind of out in the dark here, and double billed as well.

id contact your bank / cc issuer, etc, to cancel the payment, and if you can get in touch with the BBB (or similar agency if not in US) to file a complaint, i would.
for now try signing in to a different browser?

bc when i first paid for mine i had the same issue, and then i logged into chrome (insetad of safari) and it worked. it has somethin to do with your data cache
nope they never did, although they gave me a refund that i didn't ask for.
this should be a bigger story, the bug-reports page in discord is filled with complaints like this. not to mention their data breach last week.

how long did it take to get the refund? and clearing the cache hasn't worked. the problem seems to be spreading wider today too.

tried opening in a new browser? (one you never use, perhaps)
so i still can't cancel my subscription ...so i emailed to ask them like...can u make sure i dont get charged again, and then the very next day i got a refund for the subscription i didnt ask for a refund on
i just want to make sure im not charged in april for the subscription, bc it tells me i dont have ana ctive plus account (but i do, i have access to gpt4, plus, whatever)

It still gives me the “upgrade to plus” option but I know the payment went through. I even got a screen that threw confetti at me in celebration lol
