why chatgpt plus subscription not work for my account. i even paid twice(2*$20) for subscription (once in "upgrade plan" and once in "manage my subscription"). i got 2 same plans showing "Your plan will be canceled on May 3, 2023.", but i still cannot choose between gpt3.5 and gpt4, and "upgrade to PLUS" option still appears on my "chat.openai.com"

If you are still encountering issues with your Plus membership not showing you can now go to https://help.openai.com and use the live chat bot in the bottom left and select "Billing" and then "Unable to access ChatGPT Plus"

I've been doing this for a week. There is nothing. There is no refund or cancellation or any action to fix the account.

You should alert whatever gov't agency takes care of fraud in your country.
My subscription has not been working for 7 days now. I have been contacting support since the first day. They don't give refunds either. I think I was scammed by the huge OpenAI company.

Paid 2 months for ChatGPT PLUS, got to use it only for one month as when the second month started, the access to the PLUS version (with an active and paid subscription) stopped. Tried everything to make it work (thinking it's something on my end). Zero response from support.
The interesting point to me is Why isn't there a twitter hashtag about this or why are people silent?
Isn't there an influencer among us who can shoot videos and broadcast on this subject? If there is such a person, I will do my best to share his video or broadcast and be heard by everyone.

Same here. twice in two weeks that this has happened. each time lasting several days.
One of the most hillarious things is that when you want to report a bug, they ask you to provide a description as well as screen shots and so on. Pretty standard. But the moment you hit enter either to send a comment or provide an uploaded screenshot, the chat closes! π so you can't provide both things in one chat π how many extra chats do they generate by having such a useless setup? People using multiple chats to comment on their complaint or feedback instead of just having one thread....
Also.... their chat support "agents" use avatars instead of real photos. so this is a case of an AI company really selling why customer service really should be an in-person experience. it generates SO much frustration when you feel like you're talking to a wall. And yeah, the support chat is useless. they state that they answer in a week, but my previous bug report from last time my access was cut hasn't been replied to. And i still am double charged for April.

Not sure, probably something to do with putting in a bug bounty, because I got a response from that and within a few minutes noticed my models dropdown back
