I have the same issue.
you cannot have more than 1 account, if you have accidentally created 2 or more you need to contact support@opeenai.com
I have the same issue, directly after logging in. So I didn't create a new account. And now I can't use Chat at all.
if you have paid for Plus and it has been taken from your account then you can contact support@openai.com to have the matter looked into or you can request a refund at refunds@openai.com , note that a refund will remove you from the Plus program
