My account isn't reflection the Chat GPT Plus Subscription I paid for

My account is still reflecting a free account and even the free account is not working

I have the same issue.

you cannot have more than 1 account, if you have accidentally created 2 or more you need to contact [e-mail]

I have the same issue, directly after logging in. So I didn't create a new account. And now I can't use Chat at all.

if you have paid for Plus and it has been taken from your account then you can contact [e-mail] to have the matter looked into or you can request a refund at [e-mail] , note that a refund will remove you from the Plus program
