This is a very odd behavior. GPT-4 had always responded slowly, as if typing the text letter by letter.
But I had notice something odd. I had sent it some big texts for it to process and compile some info for me, and it starts responding immediately.
I'd expect it to take some time to process all the text it received. But it seems it processes the request text very quickly and is slow to process the response text. As if responses are purposely being slowed down.

GPT4 has received millions of new users and the demo version is under a lot of load, if you wish to use the AI in an unlimited fashion you can apply for an API key in #gpt-4-faq

I am trying to explain that the GPT4 beta preview through Plus membership is not suitable for constant use and relying on it for important tasks, there are more suitable ways to access the AI
